The situation in Yemen is escalating, hundreds were injured by tear gas, rocks, and gunfire in the city of Taiz. Over the weekend, reports came out that the Obama administration has turned it’s back on Yemeni President, shifting positions, and deciding that he must leave office. But not in the public way that Obama called for the removal of Tunisia’s Ben Ali, or Egypt’s Mubarak….definitely not in the same way that Libya’s Qaddafi has been treated. So why the quiet shift?
